- Oversee daily operations and ensure all systems, processes, and people are aligned for efficiency and success.
- Lead with clarity—tracking projects, priorities, and performance while keeping the owner informed of progress and potential roadblocks.
- Manage details without getting lost in them—build systems, check progress, and empower others to do great work.
- Implement and monitor agency processes for consistency, accountability, and improvement.
- Coordinate communication across departments and maintain forward progress on multiple initiatives at once.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of team members.
- Ensure our technology, CRM, and reporting tools are used effectively.
- Maintain an organized, up-to-date command of the office workflow—including email, tasks, and project lists.
- Work closely with the agency owner to translate vision and strategy into executable plans.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in operations, project management, or team leadership.
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or small business operations preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational, communication, and people leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, project management tools, and CRM systems
- Willing to get Property and Casualty and Life and Health insurance licenses
Compensation $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
